When registering for a virtual event, participants may be asked to provide the following information:

Exchange program name and year of participation
Any other information the participant chooses to provide
Connexions Network events are exclusively intended for alumni of U.S. exchange programs. Any other registrants will be excluded from participation. This is why we request participants’ program name and year of participation during registration.

Personal information collected during registration may be used to:
Process event registration and provide event-related information
Send updates about the event, including schedules, speakers, and announcements
Communicate regarding any changes or cancellations
Improve events and services based on participant feedback

Connexions Network does not record online meetings and does not distribute any participant’s personal information. Participants are not permitted to record meetings, take or share screenshots, or publicly distribute names or other identifying details of attendees, including on social media.

Request corrections to their personal information
Withdraw their consent for the processing of their data, subject to applicable legal obligations
