A non-TRIVIAL Journey: Moscow - Washington / Trivia Night

An evening of discovery through play!

We invite you to take part in a special online game on December 18 at 19:00 Moscow time.
This will be a lively hour where quick thinking, creativity, and a touch of humor come together.

Theme of the game: What connects Russia and the United States — from history and culture to surprising parallels in everyday life.

What to expect:

  • An intellectual game that values fresh ideas and unusual connections rather than encyclopedic knowledge

  • Questions ranging from art and history to the curious side of daily realities

  • A team-based atmosphere with points, discussions, and a touch of friendly competition

How it works - Step-by-step guide:

1. Prepare two internet-connected devices:

  • Device 1 (preferably, a laptop, desktop, or tablet to see the slides better): to connect to the main Zoom call and see the game master and questions, and give the answers.

  • Device 2 (a smartphone is sufficient): to connect to your team’s Zoom room and discuss answers, so that other teams can’t hear that :-)

2. Ideally, log in with two separate Zoom accounts (one on each device).

3. If you can’t get two Zoom accounts, use this workaround:

  • Join one meeting from the Zoom client (signed-in account) on one device.

  • Join the second meeting from another device without signing in (use the link and type your name).

4. Make sure both devices have Zoom installed and updated before the event.

5. Join both Zoom links on Thursday, December 18, at 18:55 MSK so the game can start on time.

6. Have fun!

📌 To join, please use the two Zoom links above or complete this short registration form (optional):

If you don’t see the 'Submit' button, please press 'Enter' after completing the form or try opening it in a different browser.
