Event Introduction
Not all networking has to feel formal or awkward. This interactive alumni session is designed to help participants connect through honest conversations, shared experiences, and thoughtful professional reflection.
Through a series of short breakout room conversations (5–7 minutes each), alumni will meet different participants and discuss questions about career growth, transitions, strengths, challenges, and future goals. Each round introduces a new prompt — from hidden professional superpowers to the skills participants want to develop next.

What is your hidden professional superpower?
What professional season are you currently in?
What career achievement are you proud of this year?
What is one thing you hope to learn from other alumni today?
To make the session more useful and engaging, participants are encouraged to prepare a few reflections in advance:
What kind of people would be most valuable for you to meet right now?
What support could the alumni community offer you this summer?
What can you offer others in return?
What project, idea, or goal would you love to collaborate on?
Whether you are exploring new directions, changing careers, building something new, or simply looking for inspiring conversations, this session is an opportunity to expand your network in a more personal and meaningful way.
